VENICE

Venice is a very beautiful, old city.

It is a very special city because it is on a lake.

In Venice there are many important buildings: San Marcos cathedral, Ducal Palace, Sighs Bridge, The Campanile…

There are a lot of restaurants, shops, hotels and squares. But there are not roads. The canals are between the houses and the streets. People go by boats and by gondolas.

Near Venice there is an island. Its name is Murano.

VILLABUENA

Villabuena is in Rioja Alabesa.It’s a village and is between Vitoria and Logroño ,in a very beautiful place. The most popular places to visit are the wineries and the churches. The wineries are under the ground.There are more than 30 (thirty) and some of then are quite famous. The churches are 400(four hundred) years old.

The village has got a hotel. The hotel has a restaurant too.Villabuena has a little swimming pool. In Villabuena there are 327 (thRee hundred and twenty-seven) people living (in 2008 (twenty eight). They work in the wineries.

VENICE

Venice is in Italy, it is an archipelago divided in 119 islands, with 90 churches, 150 channels, 300 bridges of marble, iron and wood, 20 piers of gondolas, three ports and thousands of works of art in his magnificent palaces. But with only 3000 solid streets and approximately 70.000 inhabitants used to the multitudes, as if the city was a country formed(trained) by all the nationalities. Main language is Italian.

The most popular holiday(party) of Venice is the Carnival which tradition goes back to the 11th century, to him there were coming travelers and aristocrats of the whole Europe, in search of amusement and pleasure, it is characterized because their participants use elaborated masks to cover their faces.

It is an unamble The Plaza Of San Marcos in which they find The Basilica of San Marcos and the Tower Of The Clock, as palaces they find the Ducal palace and the Ca`d`Oro, etre the bridges more unambles: Bridge of the sighs, that of Rialto and that of the Constitution (fourth bridge on the big channel) and to bearing in mind the theatre the Fenice totally reconstructed after the fire that it destroy.

I live in Barakaldo . It is near Bilbao .

The center is the oldest part . The streets

of the old area are narrow.It has great parks

and recreations . There is a large botanic park

next to a great shopping centre. Aside the river

passes Nervion and on the opposite side Argalario mountain .

It´s a big town where many people live .

Caceres is in Spain, It is a very beautiful and old city. In Caceres there are many museums, restaurants, hospitals, churches and shops. The population of Caceres is about ninety-one thousand. There are people from all over the world in Caceres. The main language is Spanish. In Caceres there are many famous buildings. Popular places to visit in Caceres are the “Palacio Golfines de Abajo”and “Casa Toledo-Moctezuma” :

It’s a big town.

It’s in Palencia .

The population in Aguilar De Campoo is about 7.342

Popular places to visit in Aguilar de Campoo are Santa

PRAGA

Praga is the capital of the Czech Republic. It is on the Moldava

River. In Praga there are a lot of different popular places you can visit, for example: Old Town, Malastana, the New Town. There are hundred of concert halls, galleries, cinemas and music clubs in the city.

Many films have been made there, the most famous is “ Mission Impossible” .

In Praga is one of the most popular cathedrals of the world: San Vitus cathedral.There are many bridges in the city, but the most importand is San Carlo Bridge.

In the old town is the Astronomical clock and the church of San Nicolas.There are hundred of towers you can see.Praga is a wonderful place to visit.
